Beer of the week: Night Shift Brewing, Santilli

Pours a deep, hazy amber color with a slight off white head. The notes is fruity with slight floral hoppy notes to it. I mostly get melon, orange, pineapple and a hint of citrus. The taste is heavier on the melon and orange side with a strong floral, earthy hoppiness to accompany it. This has a very fresh taste to it, crisp and well balanced. Santilli is the second beer that I have been able to try from Night Shift Brewing and I am starting to understand why so many people hold them in high regard. It is a great American IPA, drinkable and refreshing. I give Santilli 9.4 pints out of 10, drink up!
