Beer of the Week: Singlecut Beersmiths, Billy 18 Watt IPA

Poured into a Craft Beer Cellar tulip glass, it comes out a hazy golden color with little to no head. It smells great, a fresh floral hop scent is present but the citrus and grapefruit are the most predominant in the aroma. The flavor is amazing. There is a nice bite to the hops. There are flavors of tropical fruits, orange zest, and a slight malt sweetness to balance everything out. This is what IPAs should taste like, very refreshing with a great flavor profile. I give Billy 18 Watt IPA 9.6 pints out of 10, this is flying off the shelves so if you see it make sure to grab it while you can. Drink up!
