After doing some research, we’ve learned one of our most popular articles is top 5’s or 10’s. On Friday’s I (if not then someone else) will be bringing you a new top 5 of some kind. Feel free to give me some suggestions, Im always glad to hear from the fans.
Honorable Mention: King Pin, Slammin Salmon, Team America: World Police, I Hope They Serve beer in Hell, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back
- Hot Rod
Hot Rod is Andy Samberg at his finest. The movie is about Samberg and his attempt to save his step father Frank, just so he can kick his ass. This movie has a quality cast and full of laughs
Scotty Doesn’t Know is probably the most memorable part of this movie. That said the movie is full of great lines and people still say “This isn’t where I parked my car.”.
- Hot Tub Time Machine
I have long said that this is the most underrated comedy of all time, but then I actually sat down to think about it and it lands at 3. This movie is quite hysterical. If you haven’t seen it then you are really missing out. The reason it’s on this list is that no one ever mentions it when talking comedies and that’s a shame.
- Robin Hood: Men in Tights
This movie basically defines my childhood. It’s the perfect example of a goofy humor movie and it’s also a Mel Brooks movie so you know it’s funny. All who have seen it enjoy it, just not enough people have actually seen it
This is a no brainer. Baseketball (in my opinion) is the best comedy of all time. I can not tell you how many times I’ve watched this movie and still to this day laugh at everything. Everyone in the world needs to see this movie, it’s impossible to not laugh. All who have seen it enjoy it but not enough people put in at #1 which is a travesty. It doesn’t get the respect of an Anchorman or Wedding Crashers because of the cast and when it came out. If you have not seen Baseketball, go buy it right now and watch it. Literally stop what you’re doing and go watch.
